The Forester Over-shirt by Amundsen is a knitted lumber checked plaid wool fabric, lined with wool fleece. This fabric ensures a high level of sustainability since it is produced using recycled raw materials. With it’s full front snap buttons and handwarmer pocket it is designed to be worn over a sweater. A companion for your outdoor work fall, winter and spring. It’s crafted for a straight unisex fit, suitable for both men and women.
SIZING
For Men, the sizing is right at standard so if you are a medium, go with the medium, etc. Women should size down so a Women's Large would be a medium too.

Generally, the notion that Scandinavian clothing is significantly smaller than American clothing is overblown. We have found that, for the most part, the sizing from our companies tracks closely to United States companies.
