Special Orders

We receive special requests frequently due to many reasons:

Delivery from the brand is unavailable

Companies like Ivanhoe, Jumperfabriken and Haglöfs do not sell directly into the United States from their main websites but we are able to import their amazing products.

Delivery from the brand is from overseas

Companies like Rungne, Amundsen, 66North and Varg are available to American consumers but the products are shipped from overseas. This can increase shipping costs and make exchanges/returns troublesome. We can bring in items from their shops for you as well to make the customer process smoother. 

We don't carry the exact item you are looking for

While we pride ourselves on curating the very best from Scandinavia...sometimes our customers want something a little different and request a special order and we fully respect and appreciate that.

How to Special Order

The easiest way to inquire about a special order is to email Nate at nate@aktivstyle.com and include links from the above mentioned websites with color and size preferences. We can help if you have questions about a size and/or color as well. We will write back ASAP with availability and a timeline for delivery!

If it doesn't work out for you.

We want you to be happy so if your special order isn't exactly what you were looking for you are free to return it to Aktiv but there will be a 15% restocking fee that will be removed from the returned amount.
