Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, depending on your location and preferences. We use UPS and USPS for domestic shipping and DHL for International.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries outside the United States. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at aktiv@aktivstyle.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
